That discussion will be out there until next year. I don't think the lame duck session has the place to make that decision. It's up to the next Congress. All Obama and Boehner can do is say they will work their hardest to make sure they work on a compromise. If that happens, dollar keeps going up, oil prices keep going down, and bond yields keep going lower. It might impact growth for Q1, but it won't effect Q4 EPS. I'll worry about the cliff in January.
