CJ, I don't think you disputed my assertion that "stimulus" didn't actually stimulate growth. The housing market is heavily subsidized right now by government-backed loans. Even the Obama administration is trying to get the government out, but the housing market is absolutely hooked on their "drug." We're not out of the woods by a longshot. GDP growth continues to be anemic and the global economy is doing even worse. Plus there's the double-whammy of ObamaCare and that fiscal cliff coming at the end of the month. The remedy to that is going to suck, but Obama now has the political capital to administer it. Tenchusatsu
