This another one of those crossroads where you don't know if things will be better or worse when the upgrade begins but they will certainly be different... More shares... bigger company...more cash for securing orders... maybe more sales... hard to tell. strange reference to possible future sale of company... don't know quite how to read that. maybe they feel that they will get caught up in the whirlwind of activity with the change to digital being a small company... I doubt they are throwing in the towel...doesn't make sense.
