Well, we know it will happen without action. I thought the president offered REP's to extend the tax cuts on those below "X"?

Who's going to "spin" it as no increase other than the fact that it was agreed on origionally that they would expire so it wouldn't be "an Obama" tax increase?

Consumer confidence? Oh, I think we'll have 20% unemployment before this is over... so I'm not concerned about "consumer confidence".... LOL, in FACT, we've needed a major decrease in "consumer confidence" for over a decade!! It's called "saving".
