Amsterdam, I have met both sales and tech staff at BROC and can attest that they have been sucessful in attracting a great team. But you are very correct that they will not be able to retain the good folks unless sales begin to ramp up. I do think they are using stock options properly to motivate staff. Some staff members also told me that they had purchased BROC stock on the market for personal and retirement accounts, that had meaning for me.
