It's a mistake to pick candidates based on identity factors. Both Cruz and Rubio are popular with conservatives and articulate and those are the factors that make them potentially candidates at some point in the future. Those are the factors we should use to pick candidates in the future. NOT on whether people who aren't inclined to vote Republican anyway might dislike them less than someone else.
