It's a real shame to see the bickering that is breaking out here after the election, but probably inevitable.

I disagree with a lot of the stuff you've posted here since the election, but have very frequently given you REC's in the past here and on other threads.

Tuesday night after they called Ohio for O, I literally couldn't sleep. I'm sure lots of others had the same experience. Then Wednesday night when I was starting to calm down I got into a fight with my wife when she wanted to watch Bill Maher. (She's a lefty, although not really very political. I don't think she even voted, and I wasn't about to put any ideas into her head.)

I think Romney was by far the best we could do this time. He is so squeaky clean that the Pink Slime Media (stole that from somebody here, don't remember who) had to bend over backwards to try to trash him. Dogs on cars, haircuts, lies about his taxes .... Gingrich or Bachman or Santorum or Cain would have given the PSM much more ammunition to work with and would have been savaged mercilessly.

I do think Romney made a huge mistake in not choosing Rubio. Even a small shift in the Hispanic voters could have made all the difference. But maybe, as some have suggested, Rubio didn't want it.

Well, I hope you will take some time to think things over and come back later.

As I said, this is not a Liberal/conservative discussion group. If I allowed it, this place would be dominated by the posters responding to you instead of to the material posted to be discussed. Like an argument? Start your own thread.

Goodbye and good luck.
