After the crash in Argentina in 2001, a lot of americans and foreigners bot property there as it was so cheap.( the Argentina currency went from 1 to 1 vs the U S dollar to 4 to 1 vs the U S dollar...a 75% drop in their currency and prices..

It is a disaster there ever since ...it's heartbreaking the level of hunger and poverty in a land of former abundance...and we are on the same path ..
