Marco Rubio at least had a citizenship plan. Could have gone into hispanic and even don't rallies in Spanish. If Rubio didn't want it, shame on him. Because Mr. Obama is black, the racially charged black vote was already lost. Picked up 9 points with Jews over 2008. Good but still baffling.
