Thanks. Glad they didn't contact me. I also wish Romney had run a national campaign. I saw the results from Harris county where Obama won very narrowly .. going down the list of other offices, the Dems won by 1% across the board. They should have known during Presidential elections people go to the polls because of the Presidential race and most people vote straight ticket. Not mounting a campaign in a "safe" state means the marginal local races get thrown to the other party. I'm sure the same thing happened in blue states too, where the local balance is tipped evenly.
