I don't doubt any of that -- and the people in Ohio lived thru that period of time and saw what happened to the auto dealerships, etc. Did they just forget?

Among Republicans, there is not a lot of talk about what Alan West may have done wrong in his campaign. Why the voters there reject his fighting message?

I'm not sure what the magic answer is - I was shocked that Mia Love lost in Utah. She had a big lead in the local polls on November 1st. Then there was a Democratic funded campaign to encourage Utah conservative voters to vote for a 3rd party candidate. If conservatives are stupid enough to fall for that sort of thing, I guess they/we deserve to lose.

Huh? The auto companies were in the toilet when Obama took office - to blame him for their pathetic business model is more than just a bit funny! Twisting the truth just causes more people to move away from conservative extremism.
