Simon: Did Wescott give you the 7 to 10M share number? That's a float of 9 to 12Million
shares. Of the total 20,000,000 or is it 20,000,000 + 7M to 10M more
Im lost on the total issue stuff yet that's not much of a price of .10
cents for a Placement IMO. Heck on 7M shares that's $700,000
with the stock at .40 avg last week and the volume up the turn is
.30 cents on 7M or $2,100,000 for the sell out of the issue IMO if it
was added to the total float.

Dam someone help me understand this soon, please!

Ok... here's the story. I just spoke with Alexander Wescott and they
gave me the following from the info packet Ira gave them to give to
possible institutional investors. This information is accurate as of
today.

Total public float: 7.4MM
Total shrs O/S: 20MM.

Note that the 504 DID increase the float to 7MM from 2MM, but all
of that has been factored in long ago and all the new shares are in
the market.

Also note that the reported EPS for the first 3 qtrs of .12/shr is fully
dilluted on the 20MM. The company's estimate of .09/shr EPS is also
fully dilluted.

I'm looking for some money to buy more! :-)

I also found out that I had in fact misquoted them in saying that a
Fidelity fund was involved. The funds involved are funds managed
by a company called Equity Research. He had said that the funds
bought the shares through a Fidelity broker and I had misinterpreted
this to mean that the funds were Fidelity funds.

Simon, Thanks for the heads up on the 504. Looks like the number was 5M (not 7-10M). Makes me wonder how many outstanding shares will be around for the year end report (20M or 24M or somewhere in between). Life is still good. Good luck to all of us.
