Easy for a tiny country -- 1/27th the size of the US.

Wow. What an incredibly lame response. You all talk about American exceptionalism but capitulate so very easily.

The truth is electric wires above ground is the very least of our problem. And it results from overspending on defense while reducing tax revenues to dangerously low levels.

New York State has been burying wires, cable, and telephone lines on all new developments for about 20 years...... California for longer than that.... Arkansas isn't ?
