If 20% of the country is uninsured, the only way to cover them is to reduce care for the rest of the country. Obamacare is rationed healthcare.
Exactly, and instead of showing up at emergency rooms when they probably really need medical attention, they will have carte blanche to visit doctors for headaches and broken fingernails. It's free to those who are paying nothing now and will be paying nothing in the future, isn't it?

Emergency rooms have been crowded and overloaded ever since the federal government made it illegal to turn anyone away, so what do we think will happen at doctor's offices?

There have been several hospital closings (largely in southern California) because Mexican, and other third world women, come across the border to deliver their babies.

Of course, then the baby is a citizen, so guess what? I don't need to go on.....

It is. It is also a reflection of a mindset that "experts" and technocrats know better what's good for us - the hoi poloi. They know best ways how to organize our lives; they know what we need and want. They despise free markets, filled with people pursuing their selfish interests, and mistrust communities of individuals trying to work things out on their own, and settle problems. They know what types of healthcare we need, and in what cost-effective doses we should receive it. Their press knows better what we should know, and what we don't need to know, for our own good. They know better, the a-holes.
