You might now know this but a lot of people expect Hillary Clinton to be the Democratic nominee in 2016. Even she knows this, but she doesn't care, and she's taking a year off to relax and watch guilty pleasure TV while she figures out what she's going to next.

The New York Times' Gail Collins caught up with Hillary before the election on Tuesday. The two gals chatted about Hillary's ridiculous current schedule, and what she's been up to for the last twenty years. The short story is that she's never stopped working. Until now. Her term as Secretary of State is coming to a close and she's already informed the President she doesn't want to come back. (There's always some wiggle room. Never say never.)

Once she's finally finished as Secretary, the world will be her oyster. She can shuck it any way she pleases. She refuses to say she's thinking about a run in 2016, but is skilled enough at answering these questions to never rule it out completely. But, she tells Collins, she's taking a break of at least a year to focus an exercising, traveling, and watching home decorating shows on HGTV:

“I am so looking forward to next year,” she said. “I just want to sleep and exercise and travel for fun. And relax. It sounds so ordinary, but I haven’t done it for 20 years. I would like to see whether I can get untired. I work out and stuff, but I don’t do it enough and I don’t do it hard enough because I can’t expend that much energy on it.”

Clinton's favorite television shows all involve, "house buying and home improvement." The only show mentioned in the article is Love It or List It. But it's not a stretch to assume Clinton is also a fan of HGTV's House Hunters, just like our Jen Doll. It is a fantastic show about house buying, too. This proves Hillary Clinton is one of us, you guys. A woman of the people. She watches the same bad TV we do. Someone get her thoughts on Chopped, stat.
