She was heavily criticized for that remark she made. It was a stupid comment. Now Polanski was never the same after his wife was murdered like she was. And even if the rumors floating around that she had a "history" and it was consensual, and the medical report indicates it wasn't consensual at all, she was 13 at the time. There are no excuses for what he did.


Heavily? I think not. It didn't drone on for days like the Akin story.

Of course it was a stupid comment; because when a liberal comes out in support of rape of a minor, it is not big deal.

And of course Polanski had an excuse; his wife was murdered so, therefore, he can become a serial child rapist. Got it.

But there are no excuses. Which is it?
