I don't own a SSD, but I sure hear Crucial's name come up a lot in reviews. A store in my city had 128 GB Crucial SSD m4 drives on sale for 89 dollars, today, one day sale. They are really starting to come down in price.

OCZ had a reliability problem due to a bad controller on the Vertex 3 series. Maybe they fixed it.

For speed and reliability, I suggest the Crucial M4, the Mushkin Enhanced Chronos or the Samsung 840

Vertex 4 had better scores in AnandTech benchmarks if I recall correctly. Those prices aren't very good though. Newegg had a 240GB Vertex 3 selling at $129AR the other day.
