I've always bought through Dell.com but I've bought out of their business section for my personal use.

At work, we use Dell's but have been switching to HP's because they have a better lease program...at least that's what I am told.

and if anything goes wrong, they're right up the street.

there's a lot to be said for that.

I buy Dell Computers on-line....have for years....still have three of them. The only problems I have had is trying to buy a refurbished computer....bought two of them, and had to return both of them. I really prefer Dell computers and monitors (have four on my desktop). Dell allows me to configure a system the way I want it.....and, I always configure a higher end system......maybe that is why I don't have any problems. When you watch movies, notice how often you see "Dell" on the back of monitors.
