Yes....at 141% voter turnout in St. Lucie County...the margin is probably not surmountable for West...

Democrats have learned well. If you are going to cheat, cheat so much as to get outside the automatic recount range. When 18k of 36k early ballots in st lucie county were counted (after being told they all were going to be counted)., West picked up 535 votes net. that takes the margin to .58% just short of the .5% that triggers an automatic recount. Of course Murphy and the cheater Ds don't want to recount all the early ballots because that might kick in the automatic total recount and expose the vote fraud that is rampant.

Democrat Patrick Murphy, meanwhile, has declared victory, and is working under the assumption that he's a representative-elect who'll take office in January.

I heard yesterday that the St Lucie county has declared murphy the winner...of course mad west may sue, but the margin of victory is outside the automatic recount range.

I've seen the responses you have gotten. Its hard to believe jallen is an attorney............he must have gone to the same law school as Bachmann.

West claims he was leading by some 1800 votes at 1AM in the morning. At that point the elections commissioner of St Lucie County decided to RECOUNT the early votes in that county. The recount was completed by about 1:30AM and at that point West was losing by about 2400 votes. Sounds fishy to me. Apparently, a second recount of the early votes was ordered but the commissioner only counted about half and then stopped. This partial second recount gave West about 500 more votes......but just not quite enough to compel a total recount. An independent person needs to REPLACE this St. Lucie commissioner and a TOTAL RECOUNT of all early votes needs to be done.
