Rubberman:

I anticipate a combination of events before yearend that will produce a new slide in Zitel stock price. The impact of fluffy announcements affects less than a point; between 8-10 $/sh the long support should tail off materially; tax-loss selling by investors; a C & L qualification to the annual report before year end, which in turn should trigger alert institutions to exit their positions; and Cayman remains as a very real overhang, too. I think it very possible to have a collapse of support as occurred in the bubble in late April 1997. The skids seem greased.
It is hard to predict a possible bottom, but it could easily be to the 2-4 $/sh range based on historical pricing. I would not rule out below $0.50 which would rationalize this stock finally IMHO.

Best regards,
MDR
