Any proof of the cheating? Of course you don't have any. No, it isn't because they are stupid. Poor people generally don't need ID. And they often lack the necessary documentation that many of the laws require. States won't send a copy of your birth certificate for free, for example. And that $25 can be a significant barrier. It was perfectly clear what the intent of those laws are. That guy in PA. just confirmed it when he said that the law locked up PA for Romney. In person voter fraud is virtually non-existant. What is a larger problem, and an actual problem in Florida is absentee voter fraud. Which voter ID laws don't stop. bloomberg.com kptv.com
