When the big time Semi analyst Tom said anything upgraded or donwgraded. Just do the opposite of that, you will make money. Merril Lynch like to screw you and your money. Don't you remember MU at 90 ?
That is reason why Merril made so much of YOUR MONEY.

You probably bought in at a good price, but some more analysts are trying to bring ALTR to it's knees. Tech stocks in general appear to be on the out of the good guys in the sector rotation.
