No one is forcing her to have a baby she might not want but the behavior is inexcusable. It costs $10/month to have birth control. Maybe she can get by with two fewer packs of cigarettes a month. Or maybe even tell her "baby daddy" to make a trip to the convenience store as a precondition to accommodating him.

I can't understand what makes some minds tick, either.
