I wonder if this is going to be an issue in the future:

We have all our permits to do whatever we need to do with the water, but not only that so I don't believe we have a water issue, we have a neighbor issue. That situation is that this neighbor has a contract that has attracted (inaudible) a long ago that stated that this mine was ever developed, he had a right to buy all the acreage at a cost of $10 per acre.
It could be a net positive if Aurcana can negotiate some type of cattle grazing "rights" and/or community open space use on Aurcana land not conflicting with the mining operation(s). I am not too sure how valid that claim may be but it could potentially encumber the top ground & air usage and/or access. Maybe they can work w/ a partner to develop the surrounding Aurcana area (perhaps another profit center) and do a revenue share agreement with contiguous land owners.

I always said turn a negative into a positive for all parties involved. Aurcana is turning a ghost town into a thriving community. Heck, invite the Disney people in to develop a mining town theme park and RV recreation "destination" area. That could become a huge potential revenue stream.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Report looks good and the Shafter mine will be producing limited grade "pit" ore of 600 tonnes per day until the deep mining tunnels are finished. That was unexpected and should add at least another 10% to the mine production which was not anticipated.
