I have been using it for about 3 years without any problems.
When you log in you will need to create a last pass password. I suggest making this password a strong one. If not all your passwords could possibly be compromised.

I just went to edit my password and got the following alert.

IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU NEVER FORGET YOUR NEW LASTPASS PASSWORD.
To protect your privacy and keep your data confidential,
we DO NOT know what your LastPass password is.
We also DO NOT keep a copy or backup of it.

John,

I am using LastPass. Has made my life easier and safer, especially for use on sites requiring strong passwords like banks.

It has a short learning curve. At first, I would recommend writing everything down when setting up a new site, especially if LastPass is used to create a new or stronger password. Sometimes what the site is thinking and what LastPass is thinking and what you are thinking does not match, and you somehow get locked out. That has happened to me once or twice before realizing it would be smart to write things down until I knew all was working smoothly.

Best to you,

Steve
