Because that was the year of the taxpayer amnesty. If he took advantage of it, paid his back taxes and penalties, then he could claim that he paid all the taxes he owed and still dodged taxes for years. So, you think he was running for the presidency in 2008 with alleged behavior apparent in his '08 and prior returns, knowing full well he would have to disclose those? Since you're into absurd conspiracy theories, are you also a truther?
