Royal Oak divided the property into many smaller blocks, and to date has sold it to about seven Juniors. Not just 'ICA'. So if you are looking to leverage the area property, better check for location. Some of the work that Royal has done, was given to the juniors, and full disclosers where made. So when spring comes, many juniors can go straight to work.
