Hey Boyd, I have yet to try the fat-free kefir. I bought some plain last week and put some Hersheys chocolate syrup into it but it wasn't that great. Sour chocolate doesn't taste nearly as good as sweet chocolate. My main reason for this post is to inform everyone who reads this forum and doesn't have access to post here on Silicon Investor that I have found another LWAY forum that all of you can post to. It's at Yahoo. The link is: messages.yahoo.com Might be a good site to put in your Favorites Folder. I go by the name oxull there. So all of you that have been lurking here because you couldn't join in on the conversations do your posting there. I will be monitoring that one as much as here. You can also access the forum right from the Yahoo quotes page. It is in the box off to the right with the charts, SEC filings, News. It is under Msgs. In fact there is a forum for every single stock there is just by calling up a quote on the particular stock. 'Nough said. Mark
