I really hope it's Susan Rice. I think she was a bit of a shoe in if Obama picked her but being sent out to take the hit over Benghazi complicates things.

Clinton has done more in terms of women than most know about (including myself). With the issue of Afghanistan, with what's happening in Egypt, Tunisia, and other other places now... to have someone like Kerry out there making the case I just don't think would be all the effective. And, frankly, I wouldn't trust him all that much. Women get sold down the river time and again, which women in Egypt and Tunisia who fought so hard for their revolutions are finding out, as American women found out after the Civil War.

There's that woman at DoD they've talked about heading up Defense. I'd rather a man took that and she become SofS if Rice is too damaged for now.

Also, I don't want Kerry in either spot. I want him to stay Senator and Obama NOT poach any Dem Senators or Govs this time around.
