Right now, with the electorate indicating they want free stuff rather than working for it. Isn't that what they did during the housing bubble Peter? Lots of free stuff just refi each year, cash out and spend like drunken sailors I.'d be broke if I bought into that 'ownership society' nonsense being on my own for over twenty years....lol Oh and I ain't a liberal nor do I live in an echo chamber.. The old GOP left me..
