As of noontime today, I am requesting that all individuals receiving spams place my email address in a "Kill File" in order to prevent Mr. "e" from contacting you in the future. Mr. 'e' apparently can be reached at nymg@pipeline.com I also suggest that you mention the legal consequences he may face from a broad number of innocent individuals to which has accused of a conspiracy to defame him. I am NOT SENDING EMAIL enmasse to anyone. I only respond to direct emails to me from addresses I can identify as being solely from the proper originator. I am seeking legal advice and discussing future options. Mr. 'e' knows what I'm talking about. And if you guys take one more look at the disclamatory paragraph wherein IRI admits that they received 150,000 restricted shares from GIFS. Certain parties will be interested in what services were received in exchange for this large quantity of shares. And since Mr. 'e', was by IRI own admission, a corporate office, a charge that Mr. 'e' has emphatically denied in email in my possession, there is the issue of misrepresentation at question here.
