GOP is an odd mix of coalitions as are the DEM's. Those at the top on both sides have continued to rake it in.. You've got the robber barons, small suburban business owners all aligned with old south small town bible thumpers living on the dole voting against their own economic self interest.. Liberal elites at the top doing quite well and highly leveraged educated professionals barely making ends meet with high salaries on both coasts in expensive cities in their walled sanctuaries rarely cross with the black ghettos or hispanic barrios
