Anybody heard anything more on the Pall lawsuit or have any insight on the merits of the case?

it was part of the agreement between HMSR & Novo, if the stock were 60 novo could exchange at 10 1/2 now at 3/4 HMSR can. This will change tangible value by 8.5 million. If burn rate is down and sales to Amer Red Cross are proceeding as expected IMHO this company will be a wonderful investment if you don't pay attention to near term trading swings. I have no input re the Pall litigation
