Umm, guy, it's STUPID... It's an arbitrary TAX on Walmart service. How You gonna tell who the illegals are?? It would basically be singling our Mexico for for inter country transport of funds. You anti corporate??? You expect Walmart to implement this??? DAK

Of course it is not the perfect solution of illegal immigration, but one that is fairly well-rounded. Exemptions for collecting the tax would be provided to those transactions that are conducted from an accredited financial institution, and the funds wired came from deposits within that financial institution. But, you walk into a Wal-Mart with a $100 cash, you better be ready for the US Govt. to collect their share at the highest tax bracket. Latinos are very tight family groups. The young are sent to the US for work to send money back to the rest of the family. If you bring Mom and Dad, then you also need to bring Grandma and Grandpa, and sisters and brothers, and their kids. Here some fun the next time you get cornered by some liberal "nut job" at your next social event. Ask them if, when they go to the grocery store, and something has fallen on the ground. "Do they pick it up, and place it back in the correct location?". Also, if they place something in their cart, and later, during their shopping experience decide they no longer wish to purchase the item. 'Do they return it back to the aisle/location where they picked it up from?" The liberals will claim that they always pick up the item off the floor, and/or return the item to the original location in the store. Then they will ask you if you do the same. You answer... NEVER. You NEVER pick up an item that has fallen on the floor, and you simply return the unwanted item to the cashier when you check out, but IF you drop the item yourself, then you will pick it up. They will begin to lecture you on your lack of... pick one of the following(ethics, morality, greed, etc) since you don't pick up the fallen item. Then you simply ask them if they ever use the express checkouts, which they will say, "Of Course". You then explain to them that you NEVER us the Express Checkout, and ALWAYS go to the "manned checkout". You continue by explaining that the Grocery Store hires Americans (make sure to use that term) to keep the store tidy and return unwanted items to their proper location. Tell them, "This is someone's JOB, that they depend on a paycheck so they can support their family." Picking the item up yourself means these people have less work to do. The store may find they don't need that person anymore. Explain that you always use the "manned Checkout" because This is someone's JOB, that they also depend on a paycheck so they can support their family. Tell them that if they pick up items on the floor, or return items to original locations, and use self-checkout. They are not Offshoring American jobs like they accuse the Republicans of, but they are Outsourcing American jobs to THEMSELVES. Tell them they should be ashamed of themselves, and they should never use the Express Self-Checkouts, and tell them that you ALWAYS ask for a bagger to help you out to the car, even if you don't need help, and give the bagger/helper a five dollar bill for their time. The Liberal will be absolutely STUNNED! Nearly Speechless... PCSTEL

I know not many people have experienced wringer washing machines and flaunting something seems similar to flouting something [normally rules] with only 1 vowel different. In the same way "suck" is different from "sock" and "sack" and "sick" though there's only 1 vowel different. Mqurice
