A useful site pumpsanddumps.com

Here is how they discribed John Person in previous pump and dump:

"After staying relatively quiet for the last several months, Imperial Resources (IPRC) is going to have another go at a Pump & Dump. This is one of several such schemes that have taken place over the past few years involving companies boasting energy plays in Barnett Shale fields of Texas. In this particular scam, John Person writes in a paid piece, through TopStockAnalysts.com calling for a baseless, ten fold increase in the share price of IPRC within the next 4 months and a ridiculous move to $7.00 next year. We like the way he boasts that you can now buy the shares under a buck. In fact, you can buy them for 30 cents, but don't unless you don't need to put your kids through college and want to delay your retirement. The despicable Person boasts that he has been quoted on Dow Jones Newswire, Reuters CBS MarketWatch and CNBC. We'll just call him a liar, as all pimps are, and leave it at that."

"Move along folks. There's nothing to see here".
