Krauthammer to Obama: 'Why the Hell' Have Rice Address Benghazi If She 'Had Nothing To Do With It?'

By Noel Sheppard | November 14, 2012 | 19:43

President Obama at Wednesday's press conference defended United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice from criticism concerning the four Americans killed in Libya in September by claiming she "had nothing to do with Benghazi."

This led syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer to ask on Fox News's Special Report hours later, "Then why the hell are you sending her out" to inform the public about what happened?

CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: Well, you called it his one show of passion. I would say it was his usual show of indignation which is his default response whenever he feels defensive or backed into a corner. You know, “How dare you attack my UN ambassador?” And he gives the strangest defense by saying, “She didn’t have anything to do with the Benghazi affair.” Well then why the hell are you sending her out there? Why don’t you send, why didn’t you send out the Secretary of State or the CIA director or Panetta or somebody who did know?

And then he does play this sort of Lancelot defending the mistress in distress. You know, it made Mitt Romney and the binders with women look positively feminist in comparison. This kind of patronizing attack on the two male Senators who would dare attack the girl, which is what was intended in his tone. This is all its usual, you know, if you attack his pride he’ll strike you on that. And it was clearly defensive, and it was also a stonewall.

I mean, after all, what she said was absolutely and completely misleading either inadvertently, in which case is complete incompetence, or on purpose in which case it’s deception. And he basically he took the bait on that and said, “Look, that wasn’t her speaking. That was me speaking. If you want to pick on somebody, pick on me.”

Well how can anybody pick on him or even question him if he hasn’t had a press conference in eight months? You know, he clearly hasn’t been out there. He’s been hiding behind inquiries, behind investigations, and now behind Susan Rice.

But now I think he’s out there, and he’s vulnerable on this. I think he may regret having said that.

Blue-eyed blond 100% Aryan Fake Indian arrives in Capitol to become the new stupidest woman in Senate - Step down, Boxer, there's a new moron in town.

During her first post-victory interview she deferred most questions to the male governor of her home state. She's continued to fear speaking to the press as she arrived in Washington.

Fake Indian has fake conversation to avoid fake journalists

There is something seriously wrong.

Via The Boston Globe (h/t NRO)(emphasis mine):

As Elizabeth Warren walked through the marble corridors of the Capitol on Tuesday, she tried assiduously to keep a low profile. Walking arm in arm with Senator-elect Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin, Warren passed paintings of historic politicians, busts of former vice presidents, and the doors to the Senate floor they will enter once sworn in.

A small gaggle of reporters awaited one of the rising stars in Washington, and Warren knew it. She leaned into Baldwin and was overheard saying, “Pretend you’re talking to me.”

She answered no questions, and strolled into a luncheon as reporters from the biggest news organizations in the country scolded themselves for not getting more information.

I’m not sure which is worse, that Elizabeth Warren acts like she’s in high school, or that The Boston Globe treats the dodge as peachy:

It was a completely different feel from the day 2½ years ago when the last new Massachusetts senator entered the building. Legions of reporters awaited Scott Brown, who seemed happy to accept the mantle of stardom that Washington was offering. He shook hands with nearly everyone who extended one. Reporters and camera crews fought for space and congressional aides applauded and snapped photos as he walked the hallways.

Warren seems eager to avoid any type of similar atmosphere….

Yes! These fake reporters treat the fake conversation by the fake Indian as a good thing — she’s not going to fall into the same trap Scott Brown fell into … taking real questions from real reporters.

Unfakingbelievable.

No - have you done an analysis of those Southern Red States, in comparison with Northern and Western Blue States, to check which ones have more citizens with common sense, a sense of responsibility, and morals?
