Very excellent point, it would all be part of his lunatic grand scheme to discredit and destroy American influence around the world... how people actually voted for that piece of camel is absolutely beyond all comprehension... but this is what a promise for a free cell phone does, it sways people into submission and into political slavery... welcome to the government plantation...

I don't know why Obammy wants to control the military.
Theoretically he's the CinC already.

Maybe he's just putting his 'minions' in command.

There are other, better things for the gov't to take over,
that would keep the populace from exercising their rights.
