The interesting thing here is that there are so few people taking up the
arbitrage. If as you say the play would be to sell 80000 BORl and buy
10000 VSGN then volums should be something like 500,000 a day for
BORL and 600000 a day for VSGN. In fact there are decent volumes for
BORL but VSGN has lower volumes when we should be seeing higher
volumes than BORl. Any ideas?


It's safer to hold large BORL @ this point. I for one don't like to
take too much risk by holding large VSGN early stage. 2nd, lots of us
don't want to add another capital gains for this year. It might happen
in Jan if we get more info by then, but not in Dec. IMHO.

That was my point about the low VSGN float. The inability to buy
VSGN in size does not make this deal very attractive to the arbs.
