Straw man. I never said investment wasn't needed, it is. But that doesn't create demand, people with money in their pockets create demand. Not everything is driven by tech.

We don't have a shortage of investment in this country. Just look at bond rates. All are at lows. Look at the stock market, nearing all time highs. Investment isn't the problem.
