Let me add that INTC was on the list of highest increases in short positions that came out Nov. 9th. 10% increase and over 200 million shares short!

MSFT was on that list, too.

This is the update of the Bookings, Billings, and BtB tables with the SEMI report for the month of October.

Bookings for October were less than half of the peak month of May value of 1614M at 743M. Billings fell to 987M from the September number of 1164M, a drop of 177M. BtB fell to 0.75 from the previous month of 0.78. We now have BtB down below 1.0 for the last 5 months. This is a very weak report with no sign of a turn around at this point.
