No, the stock remains absurdly overvalued.

The ride of irrationality is simply coming to an end, as the market comes to terms with the long-term prospects of a closed hardware model competing with a real ecosystem of manufacturers delivering many solutions and competing to drive down hardware costs and margins on platforms that are software compatible with a runtime used by the other 95% of the market.

This obscene valuation of AAPL was always a distortion brought about by a paradigm shift towards mobile, but Apple's business model is incompatible with maintaining long-term a short-term valuation distortions brought about by the advantage of having been a first-mover.

Anyone who thought otherwise has had no grasp of reality; probably because they were investing on religious grounds. Apple is no more able to innovate than any other company; and it certainly is start to look like Apple is a lot less able to.
