Self Insured will mean the Gov't bails them out if cost get out of hand? Private sector-Kodak's way of doing it was to drop health coverage for retirees and let them fend for themselves.

Our company has a self insured dental plan- thousand dollar limit per person, per year. It must have saved them money or they wouldn't have done it.

For any protracted length of time. There is no way a company our size, 240 employees, could afford a self insured health care plan.
