Rana's principal businesses are investment management for others and the management of its own portfolio consisting principally of debt securities, equity securities and rights and options relating thereto.

The Prince and other foreign Reg D subscribers, for the most part, all cashed out in the fall when ancr was $10-$12 a share. The remainder of Reg D guys, foreign and US, are waiting for warrants executable in 4/98.
