I haven't listened to much news coverage of this, but my understanding was that the CIA talking points specifically reference terrorism, which was taken out of the talking points before Rice delivered them and that the CIA knew with certainty that it was a terrorist attack, NOT a riot. They did comment, however, that they didn't know "who" changed them, only that they were changed. Since Ms. Rice was sent out as a spokesman for the WH, and Obama has said he gets the blame not her, that pretty well tells the story. Obama lied. Not just misrepresented, but flat out lied.

Where the hell were you getting your news today?? He didn't "very clearly" say any such thing. He very clearly said the talking points that left the CIA (what he signed off on) INCLUDED reference to AQ and that they we deleted somewhere along the way before getting into Rice's hands.
