You are going to try to defend 100% of the votes in some urban Philadelphia districts going to Obama? Hey, someone would have voted for Romney purely through error ... That 100% stuff is unbelievable to anyone who has ever watched or studied human nature at all. Florida needs no help or encouragement to screw up elections. How old are you?
