You are a complete A$$hole. Seniors do not have any idea how the market works nor should they have to. They paid their dues and should not be taken advantage of which is how people like you live. And by people like you I mean Teamsters. The average union worker is paid 3 times what they're worth. You know how I know that? I've worked with them! The average union worker only wants to know two things, 1. where am I in seniority and 2. how can I use that to fuck over the people that actually want to work. Paul you are a complete piece of $hit as are the people that think like you and they are legion. If there is any organization's that will completely sink our country it will be unions.
