Kerm / All / Burner Exploration

Kerm do you have any information on BXP/ASE Burner Exploration. The stock has had quite a fallout recently and is down to 52 week lows.

I haven't done DD on them yet but I remember that they share some properties (small interest) with Berkley.

This fact alone should be worth something.

Any information is appreciated and in the meantime I will start my own due diligence.
