TheDuke: Great letter! Next time you are in NYC, take a copy of that letter with you down to the subway, and show it to the guy in the booth. If you do that, and give him a token, he'll let you on.

Duke: I've heard all sorts of things that Bear Stearns has done (or allowed to be done) that has possibly had severe negative impact on Solv-Ex' share price. Can you share some of the pertinent facts and rumors with us so?

One rumor is that there are still millions of shares sold short illegally. What will those folks do now that it appears there goal of TOTAL DESTRUCTION of Solv-Ex has failed? Is this why B.S. is scrambling to buy up debt? Has the SEC been abolished? Where are they?

Despite Sid's offhand remark I agree that a letter campaign may be worthwhile. However, if Bear Stearn's problems are as huge as I've heard they are upper management is well aware of the situation and not likely to react to our letters. Perhaps we'd be better off focusing on the congress and the media (or a ride on the subway).
