Maybe we should just contract it out and fire the bureaucrats. You kinow politicians just stick their deadwood in do nothing jobs in FEMA. Remember when Clinton got elected President, he put state police trooper buddies (that had ferried him around Little Rock chasing women) in FEMA jobs.
