Geoffrey; It is direct competition to the Staar, however, Lasers have always been the competition for Staar. I cannot tell you which one will be choosen over the other. I do not know the limitation (potential application range or stages of use) for the Laser. I do know that Staar product; 1) Does not require full penetration of the eye. 2) Does not require precision direction of energy to open clogged eye channels like the laser. 3) Can be done quickly without pain. 4) Is a procedure which (IMO) would require less direct experience than the use of the laser. However, it will be up to the market to decide which product will be choosen. Rich
